The "Mission" of the Church in this world is (of course) to carry out the "Great Commission" of our Lord Jesus Christ, which is to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom to every person on earth and to make disciples of all believers.

Our responsibility, as a Local Church, is to be involved in fulfilling our "portion" of this great work of the Body of Christ. As much as we are able, we should be contributing to the effort of spreading the Gospel of Christ to every possible person.

We should take advantage of every opportunity and use every conceivable method to be a "viable" part of our Lord's Command to "Preach the Gospel to every creature" on earth using every available means. Support Foreign Missions / Local Missions / Distribute Tracts & Gospel Literature - AND - (Most Importantly) be involved in Personal Witnessing (TELL SOMEBODY)!
